AI Usage & Responsible Use Rules

This document explains how FiveForge's AI features work, what AI output is and is not, and the rules you accept when you use them. It complements the Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms of Use.

AI Usage & Responsible Use RulesLast updated: September 22, 2026Version 2.0

1.How FiveForge's AI Features Work

FiveForge's AI features — chat assistance, code generation, image analysis, and related tools — are powered by third-party AI model providers routed through an intermediate gateway (OpenRouter). Your prompts and relevant context are processed server-side to generate a response.

All FiveForge plans include access to every currently available AI model routed through OpenRouter. Plans differ in their daily token and image allowances, not in which models they can use.

2.What AI Output Is — and Is Not

AI-generated output is probabilistic. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your project, and it is your responsibility to review and test anything you use.

  • It is probabilistic. AI output is not human-reviewed and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or confidently wrong.
  • It is not legal, security, or safety advice. Generated text, policies, or configurations do not replace review by a qualified professional.
  • It is not a guarantee about FiveM. Generated code may not behave as expected in your version of FiveM, with your dependencies, or under real server conditions.
  • It does not transfer liability. You are responsible for what you build and ship, including code generated with the Service.

3.Your Responsibility for AI-Generated Code

You are fully responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating AI output before using it — especially in production, in public servers, or in anything others will use. Concretely, the responsible-dev checklist includes:

  • Read it. Understand what the generated code does before you run it.
  • Test it. Run it in a safe environment (your own server or a test script) before shipping.
  • Check security. Look for injection risks, credential leaks, unsafe deserialization, and similar issues — AI output can contain real security flaws.
  • Verify dependencies. Only install packages the generated code actually needs, from sources you trust.
  • Never roll it out blind. If you cannot verify code, do not put it on a production game server.
AI-generated output is probabilistic. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your project, and it is your responsibility to review and test anything you use. See also Section 29 of the Terms of Use (AI Output Disclaimer).

4.Daily Allowances & Fair Use

AI features consume daily allowances of tokens and image analyses that are enforced server-side. The exact values are displayed in your dashboard and on the pricing page, and may be adjusted — legal pages deliberately do not pin exact numbers.

  • allowances reset on a defined schedule and do not roll over;
  • tokens are not a stored currency and cannot be transferred, sold, or converted to cash;
  • Fair use. The Free plan is for genuine evaluation and personal development; using it as a substitute for a paid plan through multiple accounts is abuse (see the Acceptable Use Policy).
  • rate limits apply to protect the platform (Section 24 of the Terms of Use).

5.Prohibited AI Use

Using the AI features for the following is prohibited and may result in restriction or termination of your account:

  • generating spam, bulk outreach, or content meant to be distributed on platforms that prohibit it;
  • generating malware, exploit code, phishing materials, or instructions for harmful or illegal activities;
  • attacking, infiltrating, or damaging other systems or networks;
  • submitting prompts designed to harvest the personal data of other people without their consent;
  • automating AI requests at volumes beyond human-scale use or the applicable limits;
  • using the Service as a general-purpose proxy for third-party workloads unrelated to your development work;
  • circumventing daily allowances or rate limits, including through multiple accounts.

Legitimate development use — including generating game scripts, resources, configurations, documentation, and assets for FiveM and similar platforms — is the purpose of the Service and is encouraged.

6.Data & Privacy Notes

Prompts and relevant context are sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses (server-side). Full details — including that FiveForge stores no analytics cookies and the desktop app sends no telemetry — are in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share, including other people's personal data, proprietary code you do not hold rights to, or secrets — AI providers process prompts to generate responses.

7.Changes & Contact

We may update these rules as the AI features evolve; material changes will be announced where practicable. Questions can be sent to [email protected] or raised through the contact page.
