This license governs your use of the FiveForge Desktop application (the “Software”). It is incorporated into the Terms of Use and applies in addition to those terms.
Subject to your compliance with these terms and the Terms of Use, FiveForge grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your own development work with the Service.
The Software is licensed, not sold. FiveForge retains all rights not expressly granted to you.
The Software is provided for Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit). FiveForge may add or remove supported platforms over time, and does not guarantee that the Software runs on every configuration of a supported platform.
The Software may receive updates from time to time. Updates may install automatically or be offered for you to install, at FiveForge's discretion.
FiveForge manages version compatibility server-side and may enforce a minimum supported version, meaning older versions may stop connecting to the Service. To keep using the Service you agree to accept any required updates. Distributable installers are SHA256-verified.
Sign-in to the Software is completed through a short-lived one-time handoff code generated in your account. No login credentials for the Service are entered in or exchanged through the Software itself.
Handoff codes are single-use and expire quickly (they are rate-limited). Sharing, publishing, or reusing handoff codes is prohibited. See Section 42 of the Terms of Use.
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
The website code does not collect telemetry, crash reports, hardware identifiers, or usage analytics from the Software. The Software communicates with the Service only what is needed to authenticate your session and deliver the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Local Storage Policy.
The Software, including its source code, structure, algorithms, documentation, and visual design, is the proprietary property of FiveForge and its licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Your content and the projects you create with the Software remain yours, as described in Section 51 of the Terms of Use.
FiveM is a product of Cfx.re / Rockstar Games; FiveForge is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Cfx.re.
This license automatically terminates if you breach its terms or the Terms of Use, or when your account is terminated. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession. Sections of this license that reasonably survive termination (including Restrictions, Ownership, and Disclaimer & Liability) continue to apply.
The Software is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The limitations of liability in Section 60 of the Terms of Use apply to the Software.
