Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the clear, category-organized rules for using the FiveForge Service. A breach of this policy is a breach of the Terms of Use and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Acceptable Use PolicyLast updated: September 22, 2026Version 2.0

1.Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses the FiveForge Service — visitors, registered users on the Free plan, and subscribers on the Go plan alike. It is incorporated into the Terms of Use, and a breach of this policy is a breach of the Terms.

The rules are organized by category so you can find the relevant rule quickly. The list of prohibitions is not exhaustive: behavior that is clearly harmful to the platform, its users, or its providers — even if not named here — is also prohibited.

2.Account Abuse

You may not use accounts to bypass the rules or multiply allowances.

  • creating or operating multiple accounts to obtain benefits or allowances more than once;
  • creating accounts to multiply a Free-plan allowance or any other per-account allowance;
  • creating accounts to claim the same promotional, welcome, or referral benefit more than once;
  • creating or operating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or token limits;
  • creating accounts to evade a suspension, ban, moderation action, or fraud control;
  • creating temporary, fake, disposable, or throwaway accounts to engage in prohibited activity without a traceable identity;
  • sharing, renting, lending, selling, or trading account credentials, sessions, or handoff codes;
  • operating an account under a false identity to deceive FiveForge or evade enforcement.

This does not restrict legitimate households, teams, studios, or organizations from having separate accounts for each authorized person — abuse is defined by purpose and behavior, not by shared network connections, households, or workplaces.

3.Payment Abuse

You may not use the Service in a way that abuses payments or payment providers.

  • using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods;
  • filing chargebacks or disputes for charges for services actually provided;
  • repeatedly disputing or reversing charges for services actually provided;
  • submitting false claims to obtain refunds to which you are not entitled;
  • attempting to pay less than the listed price by manipulating checkout, currency, or provider flows;
  • reselling access purchased through a subscription, or claiming multiple refunds across multiple accounts;
  • circumventing the payment provider's controls, including customer-information or risk checks.

Payment abuse is handled under the Subscription & Billing Terms and may result in restriction of billing-related features or account termination.

4.Technical Abuse

You may not interfere with the technical operation of the Service or attempt to bypass its protections. This includes:

  • attempting to access, probe, or test system security, authentication, or authorization controls you are not authorized to test;
  • attempting to access data, accounts, sessions, or tokens you are not authorized to access;
  • reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service or the desktop application, except as allowed by applicable law or the Desktop Software License;
  • overloading servers, flooding endpoints, or coordinating denial-of-service activity;
  • sending malformed, malicious, or spoofed requests;
  • interfering with error, quota, billing, or rate-limit controls;
  • using modified, unofficial, or tampered clients to access features you are not entitled to;
  • probing for undocumented or internal endpoints.

Authorized security research requires our prior written consent. We will not treat good-faith, responsible disclosure of a vulnerability — sent privately to the contact page — as a violation, provided it does not involve destruction of data or service degradation.

5.Usage Limits & Circumvention

The Service applies usage limits and rate limits (see Sections 22–24 of the Terms of Use): daily AI token allowances, daily image-analysis allowances, per-conversation and per-session limits, and per-endpoint rate limits. Attempted circumvention is a violation even if it does not succeed.

  • bypassing, probing, or evading usage limits or rate limits;
  • using multiple accounts, sessions, or automation to multiply an allowance;
  • replaying requests or forging request metadata to defeat controls;
  • interfering with the reset schedule or counters of daily allowances;
  • using proxies, VPNs, or network tricks specifically to defeat limits or enforcement (note: ordinary VPN/privacy use is not itself a violation);
  • coordinating with others to artificially exhaust or manipulate platform resources.

6.Content Rules

The content you submit to the Service — prompts, files, projects, and generated output — must comply with the law and these rules:

  • no content you have no right to submit, including content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights;
  • no unlawful content, including content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or FiveForge's;
  • no content that solicits or facilitates illegal activity;
  • no harassment, threats, doxxing, hate content, or content that targets people based on protected characteristics;
  • no sexually explicit or pornographic content, except as clearly within a legitimate, legal use case;
  • no malware, viruses, or malicious payloads as submitted content (creating valid projects is of course permitted);
  • no deceptive, impersonating, or fraudulent content.

FiveForge does not actively review all content. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates these rules or the Terms, and we may take account action where the violation is serious or repeated (see the Enforcement section).

7.AI Abuse

The Service's AI features must be used to build and develop — not to harm, spam, or evade. Prohibited AI use includes:

  • using AI features to generate spam, bulk outreach, or content for distribution to platforms that prohibit it;
  • using AI features to generate malware, exploit code, phishing material, or instructions for harmful activities;
  • using AI with the intent to attack, infiltrate, or damage other systems or networks;
  • automating AI requests at a volume beyond human-scale use or the applicable rate limits;
  • using multiple accounts to multiply AI allowances (Section 2 above);
  • submitting prompts designed to extract personal data of other people without their consent;
  • attempting to use the Service as a proxy to run third-party workloads or operations unrelated to your development work.

Creative, development-oriented use — including generating game scripts, documentation, configurations, and assets for FiveM and similar projects — is the purpose of the platform and is always permitted.

8.Security & Community Behavior

Security. You may not use the Service to attack, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any system — FiveForge's or anyone else's. This includes using FiveForge resources as a launchpad for attacks.

Community. In the FiveForge Discord community, leaderboards, invite tracking, and giveaways, you must treat others with respect. Harassment, hate, doxxing, spam, giveaway abuse, leaderboard manipulation, and impersonation of staff are prohibited. See the Community Rules for details.

9.Circumvention & Evasion

You may not circumvent this policy or evade enforcement of it. This includes:

  • creating new accounts to continue activity after a suspension or termination;
  • encouraging, coordinating, or assisting others in violating this policy;
  • attempting to hide prohibited activity from detection by FiveForge's controls;
  • offering or advertising circumvention tools or services aimed at FiveForge.

Attempted circumvention is treated as a violation even if it does not succeed.

10.Enforcement

We take enforcement seriously but proportionately. Depending on the severity and context, enforcement may include:

  • Warning. For minor, first-time, or good-faith mistakes.
  • Restriction. Limiting specific features, allowances, or community privileges.
  • Suspension. Temporary suspension of access (Section 55 of the Terms of Use).
  • Termination. Permanent termination of your account (Section 56 of the Terms).

Where we take action in error, you can contact us through the contact page and we will review the decision. Repeated minor violations are treated as a serious violation; patterns of prohibited behavior are judged as a whole, not incident by incident.

FiveForge does not guarantee perfect or complete detection of every instance of abuse. Prohibitions apply regardless of whether a violation is detected.
