Community Rules

The FiveForge community includes the Discord server, the community pages on the website (activity, hall of fame, member profiles, the leaderboard), invite tracking, and giveaways. These rules apply wherever the FiveForge community exists, on and off the website.

These rules work together with the Terms of Use and the Acceptable Use Policy. A community violation is also a violation of the Terms of Use and can affect your account, not just your community participation.

• Treat others the way they want to be treated. Harassment, threats, intimidation, doxxing, and targeted abuse are grounds for immediate action.
• No hate content. Content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age is prohibited.
• No sexual harassment or unwelcome advances. Real names, contact details, and private information are shared only with consent.
• Constructive disagreement. Critique ideas, not people. Disputes belong in the right channel, not in chat floods.

• no flooding, mass-pinging, or repetitive posts;
• no advertising or soliciting (products, servers, services, or other communities) except in designated channels or with permission;
• no impersonation of FiveForge staff, other users, or public figures;
• no deceptive links, phishing, or credential-harvesting attempts;
• no self-botting or automation designed to manipulate community features;
• no selling, trading, or transferring accounts to manipulate community standings.

Giveaways are a benefit for the community, and they depend on fairness:

• One entry per person per giveaway unless a giveaway explicitly allows more.
• No multi-account entry. Creating or using multiple accounts to enter a giveaway is prohibited and voids all entries from those accounts.
• Follow the stated entry rules. Each giveaway states its own entry conditions; entering based on manipulated invite or activity counts is prohibited.
• Winners are confirmed fairly. Where possible, winners are selected through a documented random or criteria-based process. FiveForge's decision on eligibility and winners is final, subject to applicable law.
• Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless a giveaway says otherwise.

• The leaderboard rewards real activity. Inflating activity with automated or scripted usage, or gaming invite tracking, is prohibited.
• Invite tracking is for genuine invitations. Self-invites, invite farming, and creating throwaway accounts to boost invite counts are prohibited.
• Responsible use of the Free plan applies. Activity measured for the leaderboard must be genuine platform use under the Terms of Use and the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Manipulated standings can be corrected. FiveForge may remove or disqualify entries that we determine were fraudulently obtained.

The Hall of Fame recognizes members for genuine contributions to the community. Nomination and selection practices follow the same fairness principles as the leaderboard: recognition is for real contributions, and attempts to game recognition (for example, through coordinated self-nomination or fake accounts) may result in removal and account action.

• follow the Discord Terms of Service and community guidelines in addition to these rules;
• keep discussions in their channels; use threads for off-topic side conversations;
• mark sensitive content appropriately and keep channels work-safe where required;
• do not evade moderation actions (bans, mutes, or channel restrictions) with alternative accounts or by contacting users outside the server to continue disputes;
• do not screenshot or republish private staff conversations without permission.

Moderators and staff may take proportional action for violations, including warnings, message removal, mutes, kicks, bans, removal from giveaways or the leaderboard, and account-level action where the violation also breaches the Terms of Use or the Acceptable Use Policy.

If you believe a decision was made in error, appeal respectfully through a staff member or the contact page. Abuse of the appeal process is itself a violation.
