Subscription & Billing Terms

These terms govern paid FiveForge subscriptions: the Go plan, automatic renewal, payment failures, refunds, chargebacks, and taxes. They form part of the Terms of Use.

Subscription & Billing TermsLast updated: September 22, 2026Version 2.0

1.Introduction

FiveForge offers a Free plan and a paid plan called Go. These Subscription & Billing Terms (“Billing Terms”) explain how the paid plan is priced, billed, renewed, cancelled, and refunded. They are incorporated into the Terms of Use; where a billing question is covered here, these terms govern.

Billing is handled by PayPal, which acts as our payment processor. By approving a subscription through PayPal you also agree to PayPal's terms of service and privacy policy, which apply to your payment method and the checkout process.

2.Plans & Pricing

The current prices, as displayed on our pricing page, are:

  • Starter Plan (Free) — $0 forever, with a daily allowance of AI features and access to all AI models (Section 8 of the Terms of Use).
  • Premium Plan (Go) — $4.99/ month, billed monthly, with higher daily allowances. Every plan includes access to all AI models; what the subscription buys is budget and the premium features (Premium Templates, Priority Processing, Early Access to future premium features).

FiveForge may add, change, or discontinue plans over time. When the price of a plan you are subscribed to changes, we will notify you in advance where practicable, and the new price applies on the next billing cycle after the change takes effect.

3.Billing Cycle & Automatic Renewal

Go is billed in advance on a monthly cycle through PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

By subscribing you authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method you selected at the start of each billing cycle, including any applicable taxes. You can view and manage your active subscriptions at any time through PayPal's subscriber dashboard.

4.How Payments Are Processed

Payments are processed by PayPal, which hosts the checkout and holds your payment details. FiveForge receives from PayPal only the information needed to manage your entitlement:

  • PayPal payer (customer) ID.
  • PayPal subscription ID.
  • Subscription status.
  • Next billing time.
  • Plan entitlement derived from the subscription.

FiveForge never receives or stores full card numbers, expiration dates, or card security codes (CVV). See the Privacy Policy for the full data description.

5.Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the payment provider's subscriber dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals.

  • After billing: you keep paid access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then your plan reverts as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Deleting your FiveForge account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. To stop billing you must also cancel the subscription through PayPal.

6.Payment Failures

If a renewal payment fails (for example, a declined card or expired payment method), PayPal will attempt to collect the payment as configured on the subscription. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be cancelled and Go access may revert to the Free plan or be restricted.

To avoid interruption, keep your payment method current through PayPal's dashboard. FiveForge does not store payment details and cannot update them on your behalf.

7.Refunds

Refunds are described in detail in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: partial billing periods are not refunded by default, accidental or erroneous charges are corrected, and other refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

8.Chargebacks & Disputes

Chargebacks and payment disputes are processed by the payment provider under its own rules; FiveForge does not itself reverse payments.

Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks — disputing charges for services actually provided — are prohibited under the Acceptable Use Policy and may result in restriction or termination of your account.

9.Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction, except where the payment provider or FiveForge is required to collect them. Where FiveForge is required to collect sales, VAT, or similar taxes, the amount will be added to your charge and shown to you through the payment provider at checkout.

10.Plan Changes & Pricing Updates

FiveForge may change plan pricing for new subscriptions at any time. For existing subscribers, price increases will be announced in advance where practicable and take effect on the next billing cycle; you may cancel before the change takes effect (Section 6).

FiveForge may also adjust plan features, allowances, or included models, consistent with Section 28 of the Terms of Use. What you keep during a billing cycle you paid for will not be reduced mid-cycle without notice or a corresponding remedy.

11.Contact

Billing questions are answered through the contact page or at [email protected]. Support is typically answered within 1–2 business days.
