Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are a binding agreement between you and FiveForge. They cover your account, the plans you use, AI services, the desktop application, and the rules that keep the platform safe and fair for everyone.

Terms of UseLast updated: September 22, 2026Version 2.0

1.Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FiveForge website, the FiveForge Desktop application, or any related service (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, subscription holders, and anyone else who accesses the Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie & Local Storage Policy, and the other documents listed on our legal index. Those documents are part of the agreement between you and FiveForge.

2.Definitions

  • “FiveForge”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the operator of the Service, identified on the contact page and in Section 67.
  • “Service” means the FiveForge website, the FiveForge Desktop application, AI features, account services, and any related tools and content we provide.
  • “Account” means the account you create to use the Service.
  • “Content” means text, code, files, images, prompts, and other material you submit to the Service.
  • “AI Output”means content generated for you by the Service's AI features, based in part on your Content and prompts.
  • “Plans” means the Free plan and the paid Go plan (and any plans we add later), as described on the pricing page.
  • “Usage Limits” means the daily and other limits on AI tokens, image analyses, requests, and other resources applied to your account.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. This mirrors the minimum age required by our sign-in provider, Discord. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You must not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law, or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account for a violation of these Terms.

4.Account Registration

You register for an account by signing in with Discord through our sign-in flow. By registering, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the Discord account you use, and you agree to provide accurate information as required during registration and on your profile.

Registration is available to individual people. Organizations, teams, and businesses may use the Service through the accounts of their individual members, provided each member has their own account and complies with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

5.Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your Discord account and any credentials used to access the Service. Because sign-in happens through Discord, you should protect your Discord account with a strong password and two-factor authentication where available.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected] or through the contact page.

6.Accuracy of Information

You agree to keep the information associated with your account accurate and up to date, including your email address and Discord details. You may not register or operate an account under a false identity for the purpose of deceiving FiveForge, evading limits, or misrepresenting who you are.

7–8.One Person / One Account

FiveForge provides each person with one account for ordinary personal use of the Service. Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing limits or enforcement (Section 8) is prohibited. This does not restrict legitimate households, teams, studios, or organizations from having separate accounts for each authorized person.

The following uses of multiple accounts are abusive and prohibited:

  • creating accounts to multiply a Free-plan allowance or other per-account allowances;
  • creating accounts to claim the same promotional, welcome, or referral benefit more than once;
  • creating accounts to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or token limits;
  • creating accounts to evade a suspension, ban, or moderation action;
  • creating accounts to circumvent account restrictions or fraud controls;
  • creating or cycling accounts to make it harder to detect the same underlying person engaging in prohibited activity.

For clarity: an adult and their child in the same household, or two developers on the same team, may each have their own account. Abuse is defined by purpose and behavior, not by shared network connections, households, or workplaces.

FiveForge may use reasonable technical and account-level signals — such as patterns of account creation, payment history, device and identity data it lawfully holds, and reported abuse — to identify suspected multiple-account abuse. FiveForge does not guarantee perfect or complete detection of every instance of abuse.

9.Account Sharing

You may not share your account credentials with other people. Each person who uses the Service must have their own account.

You may not allow other people to use your account, including for the purpose of letting them access paid features or allowances you have not granted them. Accounts cannot be rented, lent, transferred, or sold (see Section 43).

10.Temporary, Fake, or Disposable Accounts

You may not create temporary, fake, disposable, or throwaway accounts to obtain one-time benefits, to avoid creating a traceable account, or to engage in prohibited activity without identification. Accounts created for these purposes may be closed and any associated benefits revoked.

11.The Free Plan

FiveForge offers a Free plan with a daily allowance of AI tokens and a daily allowance of image analyses, along with access to the Free tier of AI models and a defined set of features. The exact limits are enforced server-side and displayed in your dashboard and on the pricing page.

The Free plan is intended for genuine evaluation and personal development use. Fair-use rules, usage limits, and rate limits apply (Sections 22–24), and you may not use the Free plan as a substitute for a paid plan by creating multiple accounts (Section 8).

FiveForge may limit, change, suspend, or discontinue Free-plan access at any time, including converting the Free plan to a preview or time-limited basis, consistent with Section 28 (Feature Changes) and Section 59 (Disclaimers).

12.Billing Start

Paid plans do not include a free trial. A Go subscription begins billing immediately when you approve it through the payment provider, at the plan's then-current price. The first payment is taken at approval, and subsequent payments are taken monthly thereafter.

Because billing starts at approval rather than after a trial, cancelling does not avoid a first payment that has already been taken. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not reverse a payment already made. See Section 16 (Cancellation) and Section 17 (Refunds).

14.Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through the payment provider named in Section 20. You authorize us to charge the payment method you select through the payment provider at the start of each billing cycle (monthly for Go), including any applicable taxes.

Billing is handled by the payment provider, and by approving a subscription you agree to the payment provider's terms as well. Full details are in the Subscription & Billing Terms.

15.Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You will be charged the then-current price for the plan. FiveForge will use the billing information you provided through the payment provider; you may update or cancel that information through the payment provider or by contacting support.

16.Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the payment provider's subscriber dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not terminate these Terms or your account.

Billing continues on the schedule you approved until you cancel. After cancellation, your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

17.Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, subscription fees are not refunded for partial billing periods, and refunds for accidental or erroneous charges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any refund you receive is at our discretion and does not waive our rights under these Terms.

18.Chargebacks

A chargeback is a dispute raised with the payment provider or card issuer after a charge. Chargebacks are processed by the payment provider under its own rules; FiveForge does not itself reverse payments.

Filing a chargeback does not suspend your obligation to pay for services you received. Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks — for example, disputing charges for services actually provided — may result in restriction or termination of your account (Section 55), consistent with the payment provider's rules and applicable law. See the Subscription & Billing Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

19.Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction, except where the payment provider or FiveForge is required to collect them. Where FiveForge is required to collect sales, VAT, or similar taxes, the amount will be added to your charge and shown to you through the payment provider at checkout.

20.Payment Providers

Payments are processed by PayPal, which hosts the checkout and holds your payment details. FiveForge never receives or stores your full card numbers or card security codes.

By subscribing, you also agree to the payment provider's own terms of service and privacy policy. FiveForge is not responsible for actions taken by the payment provider, such as declined transactions or holds.

21.AI Services

The Service includes AI features that generate responses, code suggestions, and image analyses based on your prompts and Content. These features are powered by third-party AI model providers routed through an intermediate gateway.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use AI Output. AI Output is not reviewed or endorsed by FiveForge and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your project — see Section 29.

22.Token Usage

AI features consume tokens, which are metered per request. Your plan includes a daily token allowance that resets on a defined schedule and is enforced server-side.

Tokens are not a stored currency. They cannot be rolled over between days, transferred between accounts, sold, or converted to cash. FiveForge may change the way tokens are metered or the size of daily allowances at any time (Section 28), and the dashboard is the authoritative display of your current usage and allowance.

23.Usage Limits

In addition to token limits, the Service applies other usage limits, including daily image-analysis limits, per-conversation limits, per-session message limits, and per-endpoint rate limits (Section 24).

Usage limits may be different on the Free and Go plans, may be adjusted at any time, and apply per account. You may not attempt to circumvent them — see the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited circumvention.

24.Rate Limits

Public and authenticated endpoints, including chat, image analysis, support submissions, and account operations, are subject to reasonable rate limits designed to protect the platform's reliability. These limits are not published in detail because publishing them would make the limits easier to bypass.

Rate limits may apply per session, per account, or per network address. If you exceed a rate limit, requests may be temporarily throttled or rejected. Repeatedly attempting to defeat rate limits is prohibited (Section 40).

25.Model Availability

Every FiveForge plan includes access to every currently available AI model. Plans differ in their daily token and image allowances, not in which models they may use.

Model availability still depends on our AI providers. A model may be unavailable because its provider is disabled, its API is unreachable, or it has been removed from the catalogue — none of which is a plan restriction.

Model availability is not guaranteed. Models may be added, changed, deprecated, or temporarily unavailable at any time, including due to provider outages, capacity, or cost. FiveForge does not guarantee that any particular model will remain available.

26.Service Availability

FiveForge aims to keep the Service available and reliable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, outages, provider failures, network issues, or factors outside our control.

FiveForge does not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or service-level availability. See Section 59 (Disclaimers).

27.Maintenance

FiveForge performs routine maintenance, updates, and capacity work that may interrupt the Service. Where possible, maintenance is scheduled to minimize disruption. FiveForge may also perform emergency maintenance without notice. Maintenance may affect the website, the desktop application, or both.

28.Feature Changes

FiveForge is an evolving product. We may add, modify, or remove features, plans, allowances, models, or capabilities at any time, with or without notice.

Significant changes will be communicated where practical — for example through the changelog, announcements, or in-product notices — but you agree that FiveForge is under no obligation to provide a specific feature forever. Changes that materially affect a paid subscription will be handled in accordance with the Subscription & Billing Terms.

29.AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated output is probabilistic. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your project, and it is your responsibility to review and test anything you use.

AI Output — including generated code, configuration, documentation, and image analyses — may contain bugs, security flaws, or behavior that does not match your intent or FiveM's expected behavior. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating AI Output before using it in any production environment, resource, or server.

AI Output is provided “as is” without any warranty (Section 59). Never rely on AI Output as your only source of truth for safety-critical or security-relevant decisions.

30.User Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable laws, these Terms, and the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and your account information accurate.
  • Ensure you have the rights to any Content you submit to the Service.
  • Review and test AI Output before using it, especially in production or public servers.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others (Section 51).
  • Use the Service in accordance with its documentation and intended purpose.

31.Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms. A detailed, category-organized list of prohibited activities is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, at a high level:

  • multiple-account abuse as described in Section 8;
  • payment abuse, fraud, or abusive chargebacks (Sections 17–18);
  • attempting to bypass usage, rate, or token limits (Sections 22–24, 34);
  • reverse engineering, tampering with, or interfering with the Service (Sections 35–38);
  • scraping, automated abuse, and unauthorized bots (Sections 39–41);
  • reselling or unauthorized commercial redistribution (Sections 43–44);
  • misusing AI features to generate spam, malicious code, harmful content, or to attack other systems;
  • harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff;
  • impersonation and deceptive behavior;
  • uploading content you have no right to upload.

A breach of the Acceptable Use Policy is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination (Section 55).

32.Abuse Prevention

FiveForge operates automated and manual controls to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and behavior that damages the Service or other users. These include usage monitoring, rate limiting, payment verification, and review of reported abuse.

FiveForge may take steps to protect the Service from abuse without prior notice, including throttling, restricting, or suspending accounts. Where it does so in error, users may contact support to resolve the issue.

33.Fraud

Fraudulent activity — including using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, submitting false claims, misrepresenting identity to obtain benefits, or engaging in chargeback abuse — is strictly prohibited.

Suspected fraud may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law and the payment provider's rules. FiveForge will not arbitrarily retain funds paid by users; where a user is entitled to a refund under Section 17, the applicable policy will be followed.

34.Circumvention

You may not circumvent any technical or commercial protection used by the Service, including by:

  • bypassing or probing Usage Limits or rate limits;
  • using multiple accounts, sessions, or automation to multiply an allowance;
  • replaying requests or forging request metadata;
  • using modified or unofficial clients to access features you are not entitled to;
  • interfering with error, quota, or billing controls.

Attempted circumvention is treated as a violation even if it does not succeed. See also the Acceptable Use Policy.

35.Security Restrictions

You may not attempt to breach, bypass, or weaken the security of the Service, including probing for vulnerabilities, testing authentication or authorization controls you are not authorized to test, attempting to access other users' accounts or data, or interfering with the integrity of server-side state. Authorized security testing requires our prior written consent.

36.Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or internal structures of the Service (including the desktop application), except to the limited extent permitted by applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

This restriction is subject to any rights granted under the Desktop Software License and to applicable law.

37.Unauthorized Access

You may not access, or attempt to access, any part of the Service through means other than the interfaces we provide, including accessing data you are not authorized to access, logging into accounts that are not your own, or using credentials or session data you are not entitled to hold.

38.Interference with the Service

You may not interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including overloading servers, flooding endpoints, sending malformed or malicious requests, coordinating denial-of-service behavior, or otherwise degrading the experience of other users.

39.Scraping

Automated collection of data from the Service — such as scraping public or authenticated pages, harvesting user profiles, or bulk-extracting Content — is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.

This does not prohibit reasonable use of public documentation, RSS feeds, or other surfaces we explicitly designate as exportable.

40.Automated Abuse

You may not use scripts, bots, or automated tools to create accounts, submit prompts, generate AI requests, send messages, or perform other actions at a volume or rate that exceeds human-scale use or the applicable rate limits. Automated abuse that degrades the Service for others may result in throttling or termination.

41.Bots

The Service is designed for use by people operating the desktop application or website for their own development work. You may not operate bots that impersonate users, automate account activity, or perform actions through the Service on behalf of third parties without authorization.

This does not prohibit business users from integrating with the Service through any officially documented API or automation surface, if and when one is provided (Section 45).

42.Credential Sharing

You may not share, sell, or publish credentials, session tokens, one-time handoff codes, API keys, or other authentication material for your account. Any credential obtained through the Service must be kept confidential.

43.Reselling

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially redistribute access to the Service, account allowances, AI tokens, or generated Content, unless FiveForge has granted you written permission (for example, through an approved partner program). Partners should review the partner program terms.

44.Commercial Use Restrictions

You may use the Service to create Content (such as FiveM resources and scripts) that you sell or license to third parties — that is the intended purpose of the platform.

However, you may not resell the Service itself, use the Service to operate a competing AI platform, or license the Service's underlying software or infrastructure to third parties. These restrictions target the Service as a product, not the output you create with it.

45.API / Automated Access

FiveForge may offer documented API or automation surfaces from time to time. Use of any official API is subject to these Terms, the API documentation, and any additional API-specific terms we publish.

If you access an API, you must authenticate with your own account, comply with rate limits, and identify your application truthfully. Undocumented or unofficial endpoints must not be accessed by automated clients.

46.Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services — including Discord for sign-in and community features, PayPal for payments, and AI model providers for generation. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.

FiveForge is not responsible for the availability, behavior, or content of third-party services. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of providers and what data each receives.

47.Discord Integration

A Discord account is required to use the Service. By signing in with Discord you grant FiveForge access to the Discord data described in the Privacy Policy (including your Discord user ID, email, and username).

As part of registration, the Service may add you to the FiveForge Discord server and may synchronize status — such as subscription level or achievements — to Discord roles. You can leave or mute the FiveForge Discord server at any time; leaving does not terminate your FiveForge account. Discord's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Discord.

48–49.Desktop Application

The FiveForge Desktop application (Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit)) is part of the Service. It is used to connect to the Service, open workspaces, and use AI features locally.

The desktop application receives updates from time to time. FiveForge may enforce a minimum supported version, meaning older versions may stop working. You agree to accept updates required to continue using the Service.

The desktop application is licensed under the Desktop Software License, which is part of these Terms.

50.Software Licensing

The desktop application and the website's software are licensed to you, not sold. Your rights are limited to those granted in the Desktop Software License and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of the software except as expressly permitted.

51.Intellectual Property

FiveForge-owned property. FiveForge owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the website, the desktop application, its source code, documentation, trademarks, logos, product design, brand names, and proprietary materials. No ownership in FiveForge's software or branding is transferred to you.

Your content. You retain ownership of the Content you submit to the Service and the original work you create with it.

Licenses you grant. So FiveForge can operate the Service for you, you grant FiveForge a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit your Content: (a) to provide, secure, and improve the Service; (b) to enable AI processing by our AI providers; and (c) to comply with law. This license lasts as long as your Content is with us and ends when it is deleted, subject to retained copies required by law or for security.

FiveForge does not claim ownership of your Content. This means, in particular, that we do not claim ownership of the FiveM resources, scripts, or assets you create using the Service.

52.User Content

You are solely responsible for the Content you submit, including prompts, uploaded files, project data, and generated assets you choose to store in the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to submit your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We do not actively review all Content; we may moderate, remove, or restrict Content that violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

53.Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service (“Feedback”), you grant FiveForge an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the Service without attribution or compensation to you.

Feedback excludes your personal data and any Confidential or third-party information you should not share with us.

55.Suspension

We may suspend or restrict access to your account, or specific features of the Service, at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or the rights of others — or where required to protect the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

Grounds for suspension include (without limitation): fraud or suspected fraud, abuse, security threats, prohibited activity, payment abuse, multiple-account abuse, circumvention, and repeated violations of these Terms.

A suspension may be temporary or indefinite. We will usually notify you, but may act without notice where necessary to prevent ongoing harm.

56.Termination

We may terminate your account if we determine that you have materially or repeatedly breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or acted in a way that endangers the Service or its users.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in your account settings or by contacting support. Termination of your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription; to stop billing you must also cancel the subscription through the payment provider (see the cancellation policy).

57.Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service ends immediately. Sections that are intended to survive termination will continue to apply — including License grants related to your Content while retained, Intellectual Property (51), Disclaimers (59), Limitation of Liability (60), Indemnification (61), and the General Provisions (63–66).

Where you terminated for convenience, we will not seek to collect further subscription charges after the effective date of cancellation through the payment provider.

58.Data After Termination

After your account is terminated, we may delete or de-identify your Content and account data. We may retain: (a) data we are legally required to keep; (b) records reasonably needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and (c) aggregated, de-identified data. Billing records are retained in line with our Privacy Policy.

59.Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. FIVEFORGE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON- INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.

FIVEFORGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT AI OUTPUT IS ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PROJECT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

60.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FIVEFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

FIVEFORGE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$50.

This limitation applies whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and regardless of the theory of liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; parts of this section may not apply to you.

61.Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FiveForge and its operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

62.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, make a reasonable effort to notify you (for example, by email, an in-product notice, or an announcement).

If you continue to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and cancel any paid subscription before the change takes effect.

63.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

64.Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. FiveForge may assign these Terms or delegate its obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or otherwise, without your consent.

65.Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the documents incorporated by reference (listed in Section 1) and the Subscription & Billing Terms where applicable, constitute the entire agreement between you and FiveForge regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

66.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FiveForge is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits your consumer-protection rights available under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

67.Contact Information

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected], raised through the contact page, or directed to our community. Support is typically answered within 1–2 business days.

These Terms are product legal documentation and do not replace advice from a qualified lawyer. FiveForge's operator identity and several operational practices are still pending business confirmation, and are marked as such throughout this document.
