Login & Account Access
Sign in to FiveForge Desktop using email, Google, GitHub, or Discord. Reset your password and manage your session.
Sign In Methods
FiveForge supports multiple ways to sign in to your account:
Use your registered email and password to sign in directly.
Sign in with your Google account via OAuth.
Sign in with your GitHub account via OAuth.
Sign in with your Discord account via OAuth.
How to Sign In
Launch FiveForge
Launch the FiveForge Desktop application.
Click Sign In
Click the Sign In button on the welcome screen.
Enter credentials
Enter your email and password, or click one of the social login buttons (Google, GitHub, Discord).
Complete OAuth
For social logins, a browser window will open to complete the OAuth flow. Allow pop-ups if prompted.
Redirected back
Once authenticated, you will be redirected back to the application.
Password Reset
If you forget your password:
Click Forgot Password
Click Forgot Password on the sign-in screen.
Enter your email
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Check your inbox
Check your inbox for a password reset link.
Set a new password
Click the link and set a new password.
Session Persistence
FiveForge persists your session across application restarts. Once you sign in, you will remain signed in until you explicitly sign out. Session data is stored in auth.json in the OpenCode data directory on your system.
Signing Out
To sign out, open the account menu and select Sign Out. This clears your session data from the application.
