Usage Reset

Your usage resets 24 hours after your last message, not at a fixed time of day. This rolling window ensures you always have access as soon as your quota opens up.

Cooldown

When you hit your daily limit, there is approximately a 25-minute cooldown before you can send additional messages. The exact cooldown depends on your usage pattern.

Usage Bar

The usage bar in the header indicates your current status:

Green

Tokens available, no restrictions.

Amber

Approaching your daily limit.

Red

Daily limit reached, cooldown active.

Tips

  • Use faster models like Flash for simple follow-up questions.
  • Upgrade to GO for 1,500,000 tokens per day and access to all models.
  • Batch related questions together to make the most of each token quota.
